Health Counseling 75-minute Session


Sessions include personal work on your health and wellness goals. Possible offerings include: developing a healthy relationship with food; how and what to eat for optimum health and vitality; guidance and insight on how to achieve a healthy weight without deprivation; self care strategies for a lifetime; daily schedule – strategies to meet and sustain your health goals; management of cravings; identification of foods that nourish or deplete; menu planning; food label literacy; as well as learning what foods educe inflammation in the body; fostering optimal brain health; and preventing cognitive decline.
